A Gnostic Bugger

No one wants to be the bad guy, except the bad guy wants to be perceived as good.

If you have a bugger on your nose. Would you want to know about it? You may say "Yes" (I would want to know). Some people would be offended by the observation, others would welcome it. Form an alliance with this person if you wish to be bugger free, you'll also have a healthy relationship. Simply saying "Their is a foreign object on your nose." will suffice. Leave the discovery of it's composition to the wearer.

They may discover this fact with no intervention, yet be ashamed that some people may have noticed it earlier.

What if it's a wart? We are assuming the person knows it's there. Would pointing this out be beneficial? If the person is uncomfortable with this fact it may be a issue to point it out. Does the fact change? Is the observer an asshole for pointing out this flaw? If the "wart" exists, it may have existed before the skillful observer picked up on it. Yes, they know this, it therefore becomes the problem of the observer.

You may need to move on.

Most people pick their nose, yet will not acknowledge the fact. Interestingly, most of this group will pick their nose in a heavily windowed automobile as if they are somewhat invisible to the world. The comfort for this scenario is based on the lack of judgement. Most people will not shout "You are picking your nose!" It might be difficult to perform at a high rate of speed. The logic is "If nobody's see me, it did not occur." The fact remains. You are lying to yourself.

Welcome to the mind of the critical thinking Virgo.

Many people have a learned traits that prevents them from being candid about your "bugger" problem. One swift act of harsh treatment from either the victim or the observer will radically alter the situation for the worse. Pick your buggers wisely.

--Begin Fictionalized Issue--

A system is running poorly or not at all. The Manager hates bad news. The people responsible for the system are unaware of the error. Noticing the error places you in a difficult position. Inform the Boss and piss him off or keep quite? The responsible party, being experts, most likely will rebuff your observation. If you say nothing, you are in fact instrumental in the continuing lose of revenue.

--End Fictionalized Issue--

The critical area is how the bearers of this burden view themselves. If they have a negative perception of themselves and their performance, you as the observer are simply fucked. They are conditioned by fear, the principal motivating force of a world gone awry. They fear themselves and fear discovery of action taken or the lack thereof.

Your observational skills are not wanted because "it lets the sunshine in." The exposure of the fallacy would wreck the efforts of the few which benefit from this failed state. The system is broken. It was fucked before you arrived. It's logical end is self-destruction. In order to preserve this fault and the illusion of success, swift repercussions and judgements will befall the observer. Thus the reaction of evil to discovery of it's state. It survives by the presentation of being benevolent. It will fabricate acceptable results. If you buy it, you are lost to it's malignancy, thus a displacement of power.

I'm coming to the real conclusion that organizations are inherently driven by stupidity brought about by fear, which is directly due to maintaining status-quo. "I must be liked in order to succeed" is more important than "What you know." The power of ignorance and stupidity lie within itself and is self-perpetuating. It's a virus.

All organizational structures decay. From this disorder (not chaos) springs yet another structure and the cycle begins anew. Hence the Hindu belief of being caught in a cycle of birth and death.

Note: "An oft-made assumption is that the metaphysical chaos is evil and that law is good; however it should be noted these are different concepts, and it is quite possible for chaos to be good and law to be evil."

Ignorance (evil) thrives under the perception of duality. A state that truly does not exist unless it's willfully observed.

Personal responsibility and initiative is absent. Anarchy cannot exist and enlightenment is subdued. The goal is for the observer to accept the faulty system as correct to ensure it's existence.

The bugger does not exist. The observed and observer are in fact one. If you take no action you are perfecting the fallacy of evil. If you take action you are met with retribution. Exposing the flaw (ignorance | evil) prevents others from being ensnared.

Discarding fear and Individual empowerment is needed. The fact we are social beings is our greatest triumph and worst defeat. It's a gun used as a weapon or as a tool. Which will it be?

Strike the root.
