House Majority Leader Tom DeLay indicted on one count of criminal conspiracy by Texas grand jury, according to Travis County clerk's office.
Everyone around him are unethical sleaze bags and indicted themselves.

No Tommy, the charge that Iraq had WMD's is the weakest, and most baseless in American History.
Delay has stated that this indictment is a partisan attack, yet Ronnie Earle has prosecuted four times as many Democrats as Republicans.
